That’s actually more flat out evil than BsC. What horrible freaking jerks who would do such a thing.
The boys can be thankful the Marines didn`t ALL chase and catch them.
This was in today’s paper…san angelo standard times, look for TLCA student suspended to confirm this for yourself.
A group of Marines, who were collecting donations on behalf of Toys for
Tots near the intersections of Sherwood Way, Avenue N and Arden Road,
happened to be in the vicinity of the thrown eggs but were not directly
targeted as reported earlier, according to San Angelo Police Department
lieutenant Mike Hernandez. I am in no way endorsing this
behavior nor did we raise our children to do this. He made a mistake, a
HUGE mistake but the threats need to stop. I am amazed that so many
people are PERFECT and have never made a mistake in their lives. IT is
not our job to judge, Hunter will answer to a Judge on this earth and
yet he will answer to a higher power as well one day. Again,
we are as disappointed as anyone else is, but the hateful remarks
targeted at him and the death threats need to stop. The original story
posted was not factual. Facts are now being posted if you are going to
share this story, please make sure you have the facts right.
Yes, he will suffer consequences but deeming him a worthless human being
and some even saying he should have been aborted? Is that truly
necessary? I find it really hard to believe that those making these
cruel comments have NEVER made a mistake in their life. Keep in mind he
has siblings that are reading your comments, you are not just hurting
him by speaking so unkindly about him you are hurting our entire family.
He will suffer consequences but for god’s sake please watch what you
write about him. We are so quick to judge and condemn without knowing ALL the facts.
I have to agree, that as disgusting as it is that someone threw eggs at the Marines who were collecting toys for little children, the thrower should absolutely not be getting threats from anyone, although I do disagree on the trash talk, I think he earned the trash talk and we are free to call him a schmuck if we want to, but it’s never ever right to send threats to people and if that has been happening then whoever is doing it needs to be dealt with in an appropriate manner.
Carol: If Hunter takes responsibility for his behavior and makes amends (perhaps by volunteering for Toys for Tots) I am all for forgiveness. I was a youth once myself. We all make mistakes. Note that no one here went off on Hunter as you describe above. There is nothing hateful about condemning bad behavior. That was some other site. If Hunter reforms and learns from this, I will be the first to congratulate him on it.
