A St. Paul soda shop received a warning to stop selling candy cigarettes or face a $500 fine.
The local ordinance against the evil candy psuedosmokes was passed to keep kids from being lured into a real tobacco habit. Lighters with pictures of cartoon characters are also illegal in St. Paul.
Well, at least they can still sell a 20 oz soda.
