I think it was my local paper`s w/s that had pop up ads, flashing, in your face ads. I contacted the admin. and told them I`d NEVER do biz with anyone who felt they had to get in my face to sell something and asked them to remove them or at least confine them to the side bar. Within a couple days, they did. Heh !
